How to Overcome Negative Thinking Patterns

In the video below, I share two important keys to overcoming negative thinking patterns. The reason many of struggle with negative thoughts is because of programming. We live in a fear based society and are taught to be "realistic" which in most cases translates to focusing on worst case scenarios. Imagining brings form to thoughts, so if we are always imagining the worst, we invite it into our lives. The good news is that we have the power to overcome our habit of thinking the worst about ourselves and our situations by understanding 2 things:

1. Our reality is ENTIRELY the result of what we choose to focus on.

2. In order to get into the habit of focusing on what we want instead of what we don't want, we have to change our programming. Programming is not our fault because we receive it before we have a chance to choose what it will be, but it IS our responsibility. There are 100% effective and simple ways to change that programming if we educate ourselves.
